We actually offer customised bespoke therapies based on guests needs which may thus include many integrated techniques combined for your ultimate benefit.

Bien-Être programmes run for 3, 5 or 7 days and include healthy, organic meals, daily activities, wild training, yoga and meditation sessions as well as a choice of treatments and in-room therapies dependant on the intent of your stay.
