At Maison ila we believe in natural movement, or ‘green exercise’, because any kind of activity outdoors is known to help foster a more peaceful, positive mindset, reduce feelings of anxiety and fatigue, and allow you to drop into deeper connection - with both yourself and our world.

Our approach is about creating balance and harmony and activating the parasympathetic nervous system through a personalised and non-stressful approach to exercise. We help each individual to find the right kind of movement for them and, uniquely, we believe that how we breathe when we move is as important as the movement itself.

Joyful, grounded, and deeply intuitive, Alli brings a refreshingly holistic approach to personal training

 

- one that nourishes both body and mind. Her movement sessions are tailored to support how you’re feeling and what your body needs on the day - whether that’s to restore, energise, strengthen, or simply reconnect with yourself.

 

A core element of Alli’s work is down-regulation through myofascial release - a gentle yet powerful technique that calms the nervous system, eases tension, supports deep recovery, and promotes better sleep and mobility.

 

Her signature style, Wild Training, reawakens the way we’re meant to move - crawling, climbing, balancing, lifting, jumping, throwing, carrying…all instinctive movements our ancestors relied on for survival, and that we often forget as adults.  These patterns build capability while inviting play, presence, and connection. It's not about sets and reps in a gym - it’s about moving with freedom and intention, in tune with your body and the natural world around you.

 

Alli’s sessions are imaginative, inspiring, and truly uplifting, with each session offering space for what you most need that day. You’ll walk away feeling stronger, more present, and more joyful - not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too.
