This treatment starts with a massage to the lower back with Kundalini oil followed by our kidney pack to relax the nervous system and restore kidney and reproductive energy. A warm gel pack is applied over the kidney pack and a cool gel pack applied to the abdomen. Adaptogenic herbs such as Shatavari and Ashwagandha, renowned for supporting women’s emotional wellbeing, are macerated in the castor oil with essential oils to energise and balance kidney energy and adrenals.
